Clinton Conway, co-founder

JBCC Development, an affiliate of Jebco Ventures, Inc.

Born and Raised in South Florida, Clint Conway has served in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years.  He has been recognized as a top producer in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. He was awarded one of the highest achievements, The Partner’s Circle Award in 2014 and also became the #4 producer in the State of Florida. Clint specializes applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker commercial, retail, and hotel properties such as Walgreens, McDonald’s, Walmart, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Chase, and Dollar General Etc. that consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients. In 2007, Conway closed the second highest commercial deal in Southwest Florida selling the Sarasota Hyatt Regency for $65 million. In 2013 he completed his first owner/ development deal with Starbucks and then again in 2015.  Since then he has owner/developed for Advance Auto Parts, Bridgestone and O’Reilly to name a few. Clint resides in Sarasota with his wife, Claire and their 2 children. He is an avid Golfer and loves to be out enjoying all that the Florida area has to offer.

Jim has developed a range of high-rise residential projects, in-field housing, condos, townhomes, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and single tenant build-to-suite properties. Jebco specializes in hospitality development. The Embassy Suites Hotel was recently completed by Jebco, and the Hampton Inn & Suites, is scheduled to start construction the 3rd quarter of 2019. Both hotels are in Downtown Sarasota, Florida. In partnership with Innisfree, Jebco recently acquired the Indigo Hotel, also located in Downtown Sarasota. Other developments in the Sarasota marketplace include: The Phoenix, Vista Bay Point Condominiums on Golden Gate Point, The “Q” Townhome Project on Ringling Boulevard, Palazzi Al Mare – a Luxury Duplex on Lido Beach, and The Strand Condos. Jebco also specializes in the development of multiple single tenant buildings, including Walmart Marketplace, Goodwill, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Advance Auto, Tires Plus, Wawa, Dollar Tree and others. Before moving the company’s headquarters to Sarasota from Atlanta, Jebco was involved in the development of commercial properties throughout the Atlanta area. Some of the tenants that Jebco worked with included: Walmart, Sam’s, Home Depot, Kroger, Ingles, Cub Foods, Food Lion, Office Max, Starbucks and many more. Jebco, in cooperation with Tucker Federal Bank, developed the 27 story luxury Phoenix Condominium project in Buckhead. Also, in the portfolio is a 220,000 square foot logistics facility for Caterpillar in Griffin, Georgia.
